EAC Ex and PAC: new certifications

LAUMAS products have obtained two certifications that allow us to meet the needs of the Russian and Eurasian markets, in respect of the specific regulations.

1) EAC Ex Certification, according to the TR CU 012 standard

It certifies the compliance of load cells and weight indicators for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in the countries of the Eurasian Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan).

The reference areas are:

• 0-gas; 20-powders: load cells and junction boxes
• 1-gas; 21-powders: indicator in ADPE case ADPEW200
• 2-gas; 22-powders: WINOX and W200BOX weight indicators

2) PAC Certification (Pattern Approval Certificate)

It certifies that the load cells and weight indicators comply with the legal metrology regulations of the Russian Federation for legal for trade use.

LAUMAS PAC certified products are:

• Column Load Cells COK, COL, CO
• Tension Load Cell CTL
• Compression Load Cell CBL
• W Series weight indicators
