GENERAL FEATURES
Weight transmitter/digitizer for load cells that transforms an analog load cell (with mV/V output) into a digital load cell and can also be used with existing strain gauge load cells or sensors.
IP67 junction box made of AISI 304 stainless steel or PA66 nylon reinforced with glass fiber. 6 LEDs for communication interface indication. 3 M12 IP67 connectors. Dimensions: 90x40x107 mm including connectors.
- Mounting: wired or integral to the load cell body via standard ¼ GAS fitting

- 16-bit analog output: 0/4-20 mA; 0-5/10 V (optional)
- RS485 port (optional)
- Direct connection between RS485 and RS232 without converter
- 2 logic inputs, 3 relay outputs
- Single loading batchings, max 99 formulas
- Optional fieldbuses: PROFINET IO, Ethernet/IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, CANopen, CC-Link, CC-Link IE Field Basic, SERCOS III, IO-LINK.
The weight calculation rate reaches up to 500 values per second, and the data update rate on the fieldbus can also reach a maximum speed of 500 updates per second when using PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCAT buses.
The instrument can be configured and managed using the free Instrument Manager PC software, included in the supply.
