How do I request a return?

After logging in, select the SUPPORT AND DOWNLOADS Menu > SUPPORT > Returns (RMA).

You can request a return for credit, laboratory services or repairs/reworking by following the simple wizard. After completing the process, you will have access to the dedicated RETURN REQUEST (RMA) page.
Here you can check the status of your return at any time and communicate with our technical support operators.
