ACCREDITED CALIBRATION LABORATORY LAT NO.02141
We perform accredited calibrations in compression and tension, for forces from 2 kN to 100 kN and calibration reports valid for quality control on load cells with capacities up to 500,000 kg (5000 kN) under compression and up to 600,000 kg (6000 kN) under tension.
3-A Sanitary Standards hygienic line
The FLC 3A load cell for foot is easy to mount, has a wide range of capacitiey (from 1000 to 20 000 kg) and its lower stem is internally threaded so that the height of the feet can be adjusted.
It is compatible with most of the feet on the market and it can be supplied with its hygienic foot that has a tilt capacity of up to ± 7,5°, to compensate for any non-parallelism of the supporting surface of the structure.
The stem of the foot is partially threaded, to form a single body with the load cell. There is also a pluggable version with 2 holes for fixing to the floor with two hygienic screws, so as to create an anti-tilt constraint.
The TLM8 multichannel weight transmitter is now also available in a hygienic version thaks to the new CASTLM8I3A box, which makes it sanitizable and completely sealed to dust and water.
The closure of the CDG 3A junction box is simplified, no need for tools.
It handles up to 4 load cells connectet in parallel and is also available in the equalized.
The LCB3A universal digitizer for load cells with a new AISI 304 stainless steel container, is now 3-A Sanitary Standards certified.
