PRICES : All prices listed in this Catalog are expressed in EURO.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices are always updated on the web site.

DOCUMENTATION : Prices are with 1 copy of documentation included, further copies are paid by the customer.

PACKING : Carton. Prices are with packing included.

FORWARDING CHARGES: Payd by the customer, included in the invoice or freight collect (freight forwards).
 

GUARANTEE : 24 months from the delivery document date. The guarantee covers only defected parts and includes the replacement parts and labour. All shipping and packing costs are paid by the customer. It is possible to have the repair in guarantee on condition that the returned product has not trasnformed, damaged or repaired without authorization.

No guarantee is applicable on returned products without the original label and/or serial number. No guarantee against misuse.

INSURANCE : POLICY LIABILITY PRODUCTS stipulated with primary insurance company, coverage of up to 5,000,000 Euros damages to third parties.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS : No returns will be accepted without our authorization. The returns will be credited with 10% reduction of standard material and 20% reduction of personalized material. All shipping and packing costs paid by the customer.
 

PREPAYMENT : Payment in advance, before shipment, by bank wire transfer.
We do not accept credit cards and domestic orders.  

Our company keeps the right to up-grade its products without giving notice.
