PRICES : All prices listed in this Catalog are expressed in EURO.

PACKING : Carton. Prices are with packing included.

FORWARDING CHARGES: Payd by the customer: included in the invoice or freight collect (freight forwards)
 

GUARANTEE : 24 months from the delivery document date. The guarantee covers only defected parts and

includes the replacement parts and labour. All shipping and packing costs are paid by the customer.

It is possible to have the repair in guarantee on condition that the returned product has not trasnformed,

damaged or repaired without authorization.
Any guarantee is applicable on returned products without the original label.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS : No returns will be accepted without our authorization. The returns will be credited with

10% reduction of standard material and 20% reduction of personalized material.

All shipping and packing costs paid by the customer.
 

PREPAYMENT : Payment in advance, before shipment, by bank wire transfer.
We do not accept credit cards and domestic orders.
